86 Talent announced as finalist for three awards at the 2025 UK Agency Awards

We are delighted to announced that 86 Talent has been announced as a finalist in three categories for this year’s UK Agency Awards.  Last year we won the prestigious Best New Agency award so to reach the finals again for three more categories is an exciting acheivement and we are so proud of the whole team for continuing to contribte to our growth and success as an agency.

The categories we are shortlisted for this year are:

• Best Independent Agency (small)
• Best Agency Culture
• Best Flexible Working Policy

We are really proud of the culture we have cultivated at 86 Talent.  Prioritising staff wellbeing is a cornerstone of our philosophy and so to be recognised for this committment is a huge achievement for us.  Making the shortlist for Best Independent Agency is something we are super proud of too – we are named amongst some excellent agencies and feel in wonderful company!
