It’s been so amazing to feel like I’m part of a team who’ve got my back

I’ve been working with the 86 Talent team for a few months now and it’s been such a joy. I love creating content but have found that since having my little boy, it’s been hard to find the time to pitch to brands, so I was looking for an agency who’d help me do just that. I’m a self confessed control freak, and I was really apprehensive about handing over such a big part of my work to someone else, but it’s been so amazing to feel like I’m part of a team who’ve got my back. Not only do they help me with managing all of my collaborations and securing work with new brands, they also offer a huge amount of value through strategy sessions, group calls and one-to-one advice with knowledgeable team members. In my first couple of months, I earned more than I did in a year in my part-time job

I was able to secure paid collaborations before joining 86 Talent, however, I would never, ever have had the courage, or have been financially stable enough, to quit my part-time day job and go all in as a content creator if it wasn’t for 86 Talent. 86 Talent negotiate higher rates than I would be able to and take care of all the legal stuff, which is amazing!

They're always there when I need them

Stepping into content creation felt like being a duck out of water. There was so much to learn, from the industry jargon to contracts – I just wasn’t sure how to navigate through it all. Since joining 86 Talent, that weight has completely lifted. Having a supportive team behind me has given my content a new lease of life, allowing me to focus on what I love. They’re always there when I need them and nothing is ever too much trouble. I was drowning in the admin side of my business

When I joined 86 Talent I had been trying to spin a lot of plates and often felt like I was drowning in the admin side of my business, I also found it quite a lonely place.

Joining the agency has meant I can focus on the creative side and put all of my energy into my account. But more than this, the agency has provided me with support and encouragement and the reassurance of knowing they have my back! Joining 86 Talent quite literally changed my life!

86 Talent allowed me the opportunity to leave my corporate job and gain financial stability via my social media platform.
